This policy explains what information ViksPixel collects through this website, why, and how it is handled. ViksPixel is a web design and development studio based in Hyderabad, India.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send through the enquiry form or by contacting us directly:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your WhatsApp or phone number, business name, type of business, preferred style, needs, timeline and a reference website (all optional)
- The message describing your project
The form also has a hidden anti-spam field. It does not identify you and is not stored.
How we use it
We use your details only to read your enquiry, reply to you and prepare a quote. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who handles it
This website is hosted on Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions on our behalf and sends them to our business mailbox. Our email is provided by Zoho Mail. These providers process data only to run the website and deliver your enquiry to us.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising trackers and does not set tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply to you and manage any resulting project, or to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent. Email contact@vikspixel.in and mention that it is a privacy request.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

This site links to external websites, such as our demo projects. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
